REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Returns
We only accept returns in the case of a damaged or defective product.
To be eligible for a return, customers must provide video proof clearly showing the unboxing/opening of the shipment at the time of delivery.
Once approved, the product must be returned to the address provided by our customer support team.
Returns without video proof or prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
If an order is cancelled before shipment, a 16% deduction from the total amount paid will apply to cover payment gateway and handling charges.
Even if the order is cancelled immediately after placing it, this 16% charge will still apply.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
